In the 34th episode of KBS2 weekend drama 「Beauty and Pure Man" (played by Kim Sa-kyung, directed by Hong Seok-gu and Hong Eun-mi), Gong Jin-sang (Ko Yoon) put Ko Pil-seung (Ji Hyun-woo), who was on a roll as a director, into a crisis.
Gong Jin-taek (Park Sang-won), who found out that Jang Soo-yeon (Lee Il-hwa)'s biological son was a must-win, couldn't control his anger and kicked her out of the house. Jin-taek was not shaken by the desperate request of his daughter Gong-ri (Han Soo-ah) to forgive Soo-yeon, making her guess how angry she was.
Baek Mi-ja (Chah Hwa-yeon), who made a deal with the diagnosis under the name of Kim Ji-young (Im Soo-hyang), paid off her bond debt with the money she borrowed from him. Ji-young, who went on a first date with the diagnosis, vowed herself to open up to him, but she was distressed because it didn't go her way.
Soo-yeon, who visited Jin-taek's company, apologized to him with tears. However, Jin-taek responded coldly and demanded a divorce, and soon Soo-yeon fell unconscious in front of the company, adding to the sadness.
Pilseung, who found Su-yeon, took her straight to the hospital. Kim Sun-young (Yoon Yoo-sun) also visited the company, chased after Pilseung, and expressed complicated emotions when she learned of Su-yeon's situation. On the other hand, the diagnosis of learning the secret of Pilseung's birth put him in crisis, raising tension. The diagnosis shocked Pilseung by stopping the filming of the drama 'Rose House' and dismissing Pilseung from the director. Pilseung expressed his strong will not to give up his position as a director despite the diagnosis's plan to threaten whether to proceed with filming or not.
As a result, Pilseung's drama team was in turmoil, and Pilseung, who was confused by the news of the closure of the filming site, drank alone. Ji-young, who was watching him, silently stood by Pil-seung's side and gave him comfort, giving him affection.
At the end of the broadcast, actress Ji-young and other drama staff protested with the company to stop the terrorist attack against the must-win. The tense confrontation between the diagnosis of stopping the protest and the victory against it took my breath away. In the end, there was an unexpected situation in which Ji-young was thrown at the bodyguard, and the desperate ending of Ji-young, who was in danger at the same time, made me look forward to the next episode.
