Actor Lee Jung-eun (54), who fascinated viewers' eyes and ears as a middle-aged detective through "In a Forest Where There's No One", told the story of how she appeared and how she felt about her surroundings.

Lee Jung-eun met with Sports Chosun at a cafe in Samcheong-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul on the morning of the 27th and responded to an interview for the Netflix series `In the Forest Where There Is No One.'

'In a Forest With No One's Home' is a suspense thriller about people whose serene daily life collapses and becomes involved in an uncontrollable event due to a suspicious guest who comes to the middle of summer.

In the play, Lee Jung-eun played Yoon Bo-min, a former police chief from Ace, a violent class who relentlessly penetrates the case and thinks and solves the case as a kind of play.

In the interview, Lee Jung-eun responded to viewers' reactions that were divided between likes and dislikes, saying, `Though the parts that were concerned came out, they were not greatly affected"It can be said that he is slow unlike the trend these days, but I think he was able to push forward honestly because he is director Mo Wan-il."," he said.

Then "I watch all the reactions related to the work. When I wake up in the morning, I look for the articles mentioned. When I was young, I didn't look for reactions on purpose, but these days, I think I have a mindset to accept them humbly.

Were there any memorable reactions. Lee Jung-eun said, "What happened to Bo-min in relation to Ha Yoon-kyung, who played the role of 'Bomin' in her childhood. There's a response that says, 'I don't understand the reverse.' I also read the response that 'Lee Jung-eun's acting was good' and turned the scene into a sea of laughter.

As for the reason for choosing the work, Lee Jung-eun "It was interesting that two families running parallel lines met at one point. It was also interesting that there was a character named 'Bomin' in that part."

Meanwhile, 'In the Forest Where There Is No One' was released on Netflix on the 23rd.
