In tvN's Saturday-Sunday drama 'Mom Friend Son', which aired on the 17th and 18th, Jung Hae-in appeared as Choi Seung-hyo, a young architect in the Korean architecture world and the representative of the architect's office atelier 'In'. From head to toe, Choi Seung-hyo, who seems everything is perfect 'Um-chin', went back to his childhood with the appearance of his childhood friend Bae Seok-ryu (Jeong So-min).
Hyeneung-dong, which was calm, caused a commotion with the appearance of Bae Seok-ryu. And Choi Seung-hyo, who met Bae Seok-ryu again and got caught up in various things, showed complex and subtle emotions, such as helping Bae Seok-ryu and hovering around him, stimulating curiosity about future developments.
From the first broadcast of "Mother, Friend, Son", Jung Hae-in increased the level of immersion in the play with natural acting. In particular, Jung Hae-in, who challenged the romantic comedy genre for the first time in 11 years since his debut through this work, added details to everything from facial expressions to speech and gestures, permeating into Choi Seung-hyo himself. In particular, Jung Hae-in's romance performance, which is not excessive but expresses his feelings in detail, was enough to create a fluttering point.
Jung Hae-in, who was reborn as a romance master through works such as dramas 'Pretty Sister Who Buys Me Food' and 'Spring Night', gave a special sense of immersion with acting specialized in genre through the series 'D.P.' and 'Connect'. In particular, Jung Hae-in, who returned after adding comedy to romance, proved his amazing acting spectrum by digesting Choi Seung-hyo's character with his own.
At a production presentation prior to the first broadcast of "Mom, Friend, Son," Jung Hae-in said, "It's my first time playing the genre of romantic comedy properly, but I think I was very nervous at first. There was fear and frustration of new challenges, but I think I was able to blend in with a lot of help." Attention is focusing on what kind of performance Jung Hae-in, who successfully started his first romantic comedy challenge, will stimulate viewers' excitement in the future.
Meanwhile, 'Mom Friend Son', starring Jung Hae-in, airs every Saturday and Sunday at 9:20 p.m.
