TV CHOSUN 'Dad and Me', which aired on the 21st, ranked first overall in the general program with a 4.0% viewer rating (Nilson Korea, national standard), and the highest viewer rating rose to 4.3%.
On this day's broadcast, Son Dam-bi frankly told the story of meeting her husband Lee Kyu-hyuk, breaking up, and getting married. The two first formed a relationship about 10 years ago when they appeared together in 'Kim Yuna's Kiss & Cry'. After that, they reunited by chance on Son Dambi's birthday, and they resumed their fateful love and continued to get married. Lee Kyu-hyuk was also surprised by confessing that `I had given up marriage, but the reunion with Son Dam-bi changed everything.' Son Dam-bi said of marriage "It felt like the whole universe pushed me into marriage" he expressed.
Also on the show, Son, Lee Kyu-hyuk, and Son's mother visited the skating rink. Lee Kyu-hyuk, the 'Legend of the Ice World', had a special time pulling a sled himself for his mother-in-law, who first visited the skating rink. Son Dam-bi's mother expressed happiness, saying "I didn't have many memories in the past, but there's nothing more I can ask for now."
Son Dam-bi said she felt a special feeling about her husband Lee Kyu-hyuk's positive view of her deficiency. Son Dambi said "When I saw my husband gently holding my mother-in-law's hand, I found the image of the family I had dreamed of." Lee Kyu-hyuk also expressed his love and consideration for his wife in response to the handwritten letter that his mother-in-law prepares for his birthday, saying, `The letter always contains worries about Dambi.'
Son Dam-bi's mother was moved by the letter she wrote to her son-in-law, explaining, `It means to love our daughter more.' Son Dam-bi "When my mother got married, I broke the savings I had saved for 10 years and presented my husband with a watch worth 30 million won." and shed tears. She said "I should have approached my parents first, but I was wrong to take it for granted because I was a child.", he reflected.
Meanwhile, next week's broadcast will reveal Baek Il-seop's '80th Party' scene, which includes big stars of the year-end awards ceremony with the cast of 'Dad and Me'. TV CHOSUN 'DAD AND ME' airs every Wednesday at 10 p.m.
