"It's fun and there's no boredom"..Hwang Jung-min and Yeom Jung-ah's first 'Cross' (Roundup)

The Netflix original film 'Cross' (directed by Lee Myung-hoon) production report was held at 11 a.m. on the 5th at Ambassador Seoul Pullman Hotel in Jung-gu, Seoul. Director Hwang Jung-min, Yeom Jung-ah, and Lee Myung-hoon attended the event.
'Cross' is an entertainment action film about a former agent who lives as a veteran housewife hiding his past from his wife and a violent crime unit ace who misunderstood his husband's secret 'Miseon' being caught up in a huge incident together. Veteran housewives Kangmu and Yeom Jung-ah, who hid their past when Hwang Jung-min was a well-known agent, are former national shooting team members and have turned into ace detective Mi-sun, who beat down violent criminals, raising expectations for marital chemistry.
Director Lee Myung-hoon said, "'Cross' is a product that many people can enjoy, with exhilarating action and delightful comedy when two people become one.'" When I get married, the officiating teacher said, 'Love faces each other? 塤?You said 'Marriage is about walking while looking at the same place as each other', but I wondered a little when we would face each other while looking at the same place? He explained, "I wanted to make a scenario with many writers because I wanted to make a point where I was questionable when I saw the person next to me after a while."

In the meantime, numerous action movies that solve cases through cooperation have been released. What makes 'cross' particularly different here. Director Lee said, `If there is a difference that has been seen a lot before, there is a bromance movie that was mainly made by the male and female couple in the existing movie. I think our drama is a romance movie in which male and female couples exchange energy. The point of production is harmony. There are many characters, but none of them stand out and show off their charm like a team. In terms of genre, I thought it would be good if action and comedy were mixed well, so I didn't lean to either side. I was proud when we finished the movie and the marketing meeting showed that our movie was 'Action Comedy or Comedy Action'. I thought it was a movie that went well together" he said.

The chemistry between the two actors is the point that director Lee also expected. Director Lee Myung-hoon, like the slogan of "Cross", had a point of concern before filming, and I wondered how the two actors would meet and express themselves. At two points in our drama, two actors hold hands together and hold hands after the great journey, and I think that's the point to watch."
Yeom Jung-ah said "It would be interesting to watch closely at what point two completely different people cross each other and their emotions become 'crossed." Hwang Jung-min said, `In summer, you can enjoy action, comedy, and fun, and I think you can feel the pleasure of getting the lottery right when you get hit properly" he forewarned.
Finally, director Lee Myung-hoon confidently said "Our 'Cross' is fun and has no boredom"
'Cross' will be released on Netflix on the 9th.
