Actress Park Shin-hye showed an unconventional transformation through 「Judge from Hell" and expressed her reason and determination for choosing the work.
Director Park Jin-pyo and actors Park Shin-hye, Kim Jae-young, Kim In-kwon, and Kim A-young attended the production presentation of SBS' new Friday-Saturday drama 「Judge from Hell」 held at SBS headquarters in Mok-dong, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul on the afternoon of the 19th.
"Judge from Hell" is a cider-action fantasy drama in which Kang Bit-na (Park Shin-hye), a demon who enters the body of a judge, meets Ha-on (Kim Jae-young), a passionate detective, and kills sinners in a hellish reality, growing into a true judge.
On this day, Park Shin-hye said, `I didn't think I had to make an acting transformation.' The script was so interesting. The scenes were vividly depicted in my head, and the character 'Shining' had a very colorful side. I chose this work because I thought I could unravel my acting experiences in various ways," he said.
Park Shin-hye described the character `Gangbitna' as `different from ordinary villains.' "The devil is playful and has a side like a villain who attracts people. A person who would not have been able to say a word to his or her boss or senior usually changes 180 degrees after the accident and says everything he or she wants to say and shows a brazen appearance. I'll do everything I want to do' acted with his heart,' he added.
SBS's new Friday-Saturday drama `Judge from Hell' will air episodes 1-2 consecutively at 9:50 p.m. on Saturday, September 21.
