In TV CHOSUN's new survival show 'Survival King: Tribal War', which will premiere at 10 p.m. on October 7, Kim Byung-man will return to the jungle after four years. In the teaser video released, Kim Byung-man "I feel like I'm in my hometown. It's been years since I came back... Because I'm confident in the jungle."
'Survival King: Tribal War' is a survival show in which 12 elite members, divided into four teams - physical, jungle, soldiers, and national team - survive on their own in the jungle for 10 days. After three rounds, 'survival strongest' will be determined. Combat players Choo Sung-hoon and Kim Dong-hyun, and Amoti, the winner of the Netflix entertainment show 「Physical 100」, are expected to appear.
In addition to Kim Byung-man, new challengers were revealed in the first teaser video, including idol-turned-actor Kim Dong-joon, wrestling gold medalist Jung Ji-hyun, swimming Olympic gold medalist Park Tae-hwan, 'Steel Unit 3' winner Kang Min-ho, and rising star Kim Min-ji. They will compete for survival using their respective organs regardless of gender. Exciting scenes are expected from building positions to hunting, gathering, and swimming.
In particular, UFC fighter Kim Dong-hyun drew attention by showing tough survival skills such as breaking coconuts and Choo Sung-hoon catching birds with one hand. In response, Kim Byung-man expressed his honest concern, saying, `It's the first time I've looked shabby among special forces and medalists.' When facing a crisis while swimming in the sea, the team members were also caught worrying that "Byeongman is in danger."
