'We're not giving up.'Jin Seo-yeon, 'Water phobia 'Overcome → Park Joo-hyun's leg pain ('The Iron Girl Group ')
"The Iron Girls" has begun its transformation into an iron man.

In the second episode of tvN 'The Iron Girls', which aired on the 14th, Jin Seo-yeon, Yu-yi, Seol-in-ah, and Park Joo-hyun, who are challenging the triathlon, have grown further by confronting their limitations through their first swimming training and vertical marathon training on the 123rd floor. The broadcast ratings topped both the Seoul metropolitan area and the nationwide standard for cable and general service channels at the same time.(Based on paid platforms integrating cable, IPTV, and satellite / provided by Nielsen Korea)

First of all, at the first camp site, caring and caring for each other created warmth. Yui showed the appearance of a doctor of the 「Steel Girls」 with pain care for the members who were tired of running 5km in the rain, and Jin Seo-yeon, the eldest sister, made octopus oatmeal porridge, steamed abalone, and natural plant food for a healthy and delicious breakfast, and became the official mother of the cast iron girl group.

It also drew attention by entering swimming training with coach Chung Yoo-in, a former national swimmer, the most important event in triathlon and an event with many cuts. Park Joo-hyun, who has only played in the water, showed his stable skills while Seol In-ah, who learned how to swim in the hotel vacation, took the mound, and Yui, a former swimmer, threatened Kim Dong-hyun's position with an ace-like performance from diving in and dolphin kicks and butterfly.

Above all, Jin Seo-yeon, who has a fear of water, tried swimming for the first time and drew attention. Jin Seo-yeon, who is the first to even go into deep water without protective equipment, moved her legs busily, unlike her relaxed face, and showed symptoms of hyperventilation even in her attempt at basic breathing methods. However, like a 'Mental Ironman' who does it until it doesn't work, Kim Dong-hyun and Kim Dong-hyun in shallow water from breathing to kicking, sparking applause.

The members, who have continued their individual training for three weeks, secured cardiopulmonary endurance, muscle strength, physical strength, and mental strength with a vertical marathon that required them to go up to the 123rd floor by stairs for 40 minutes. U-I, who was climbing the stairs while laughing, was the first to reach the top in 35 minutes and 23 seconds, followed by Seol In-ah at 36 minutes and 24 seconds, realizing the dignity of the athletic genius.

Jin Seo-yeon, who did not lose her positive energy despite her nausea, stepped on the finish line with 40 minutes and 19 seconds, but Park Joo-hyun, who suffered from calf pain, collapsed on the 109th floor. Park Joo-hyun, who was struggling with his determination to complete the race, finally succeeded in completing the race with the support of U-I and pacemaker Kim Dong-hyun, who came down worried, giving him more emotion than the record.

Park Joo-hyun's calf pain has also become a valuable experience as it is one of the situations that can occur during the actual triathlon. When Kim Dong-hyun, the general manager, felt proud that all the members had completed the race without giving up, Jin Seo-yeon said "We don't give up" and I could feel the persistence of "The Iron Girl Team" once again.

On the other hand, 'The Iron Girls' Group' recruits so-called 'The Iron Crew' to run with 'The Iron Crew'. It is an event for viewers who are stimulated by the exercise after the broadcast of the 'Inferior Girls' Club', and the 'Inferior Girls' Club X Iron Crew' challenge can be applied on the personalized running app 'Runday' application from the 16th to the 22nd. The full-fledged challenge will be held for two weeks from the 23rd.

tvN 'The Iron Girl Team', which spreads positive energy to viewers with healthy and sincere challenges of Jin Seo-yeon, Yu-yi, Seol-in, and Park Joo-hyun, airs every Saturday at 5:50 p.m.
