'Gag Concert' has successfully completed its first overseas performance in its 25-year history.

The KBS2 'Gag Concert' team performed 'Gag Concert IN JAPAN' at the Zepp Haneda concert hall in Tokyo, Japan, on the 5th of last month. "Gag Concert in JAPAN" is a collaboration between "Gag Concert", representing the Korean comedy god, and "Yoshimoto Heungup", Japan's largest comedian management company, and drew attention even before the performance in that top comedians from Korea and Japan gathered together.

In Jeff Haneda, the audience began to gather hours before the performance began. It was to meet the 「Gag Concert」, which continues the legacy of K-comedy by various audiences of all ages. The concert hall quickly filled with about 1,200 spectators. The audience welcomed comedians from Korea, Japan and both countries with loud applause, and they laughed at the gags they prepared, heating the atmosphere of the concert hall.

The `Gag Concert' team targeted local audiences with stylish gags from corners focused on situations and speech, such as `How about Defconn`````````````````````````````````````````````````````````. On top of that, 'Bbongjjak Boys' accompanied by a cheerful rhythm, lovers-tailored empathy gags 'You know right' and 'habitual couple', and 'Let's not communicate king, grandmother' made the audience laugh.

In addition to ace Shin Yoon-seung and Jo Su-yeon, seniors such as Park Sung-ho, Jung Beom-gyun, Kim Young-hee, and Lee Jong-hoon took the center stage of the team. In addition, rookie comedians such as Na Hyun-young, Chae Hyo-ryeong, Oh Jung-yul, and Nam Hyun-seung, who are highly recognized for their performances in Japan, also drew attention with their passion for comedy.

There was also a section revived for 'Gag Concert in JAPAN'. The omnibus gag 'Shortform Play', which showed the lively appearance of 33rd-generation comedians, was reintroduced in about seven months. In particular, the popular body gag "Valerie NO" was joined by original members Park Sung-kwang, Jung Tae-ho, Lee Sang-joon, Song Young-gil and Song Jun-geun, and it perfectly hit the laughter tastes of local audiences after 13 years.
