Seo Hyun-woo met with Sports Chosun at a cafe in Samcheong-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul on the afternoon of the 15th and responded to the interview for the Disney+ original series 'Gangmaegang'.
The Disney+ original series 'Gangmae Gang' is a comic investigative drama in which the nation's last-place violent class and the new elite class president team up to solve the case. Seo Hyun-woo plays Jung Jung-hwan, a livelihood detective whose goal is to go thin and long in `Gangmaegang.'
Seo Hyun-woo drew attention by saying, `When we were rehearsing before filming, actors exchanged their lines and read them.'
He said "Due to the nature of the comedy genre, the chemistry and ensembles between actors were very important"Each actor attempted to act by changing lines to better understand each other's characters" he added. He also "Thanks to this variety of attempts, the teamwork between the actors was better matched, and the humor and emotion were able to express live scenes more naturally" he said.
In particular, the 'Gangmae Gang' team with Kim Dong-wook, Park Ji-hwan, Park Se-wan, etc. understood their characters and exchanged a lot of feedback on each other's performances to maximize them, resulting in the best results. Seo Hyun-woo said "As the comedy act is more than just a laugh, as it requires seriousness and depth in it, all actors have tried to understand not only their roles but also other characters as well."
Meanwhile, the Disney+ original series 'Gangmaegang' will end in 20 parts on the 30th. Episodes 13 to 14 will be released on the 16th.
