On the afternoon of the 18th, a press and distribution preview was held at Lotte Cinema Konkuk University in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, for the crime thriller omnibus film "The Killers" (directed by Kim Jong-kwan, No-deok, Jang Hang-joon, and Lee Myung-se, produced by Big In Square and Production Eme). Director Shim Eun-kyung, Kim Jong-kwan, Nodeok, Jang Hang-joon and Lee Myung-se attended the premiere.
Director Jang Hang-jun said, `As a senior and a friend who admires director Lee Myung-se, I really wanted to do this project when I was offered it. I participated because I thought it was a good opportunity to never come back", Director Noh said, `Lee Myung-se has been a fan since he was a child before he was a movie director and has been watching movies for a long time. It's something I'm thankful for and I wanted to participate in", Director Kim Jong-kwan said, `I was most attracted to the story that it was a project by director Lee Myung-se. I wanted to see Lee Myung-se's movie. I didn't know this project would be made. Before I knew it, I started working together. I've come to enjoy myself."
'The Killers' is a cinematic anthology of four murderous dramas created by four representative directors in Korea who interpret Hemingway's short story 'The Killers' from different perspectives. Shim Eun-kyung, Yeon Woo-jin, Hong Sa-bin, Jiwoo, Ivan-seok, Oh Yeon-ah, Jang Hyun-sung, Kwak Min-gyu, Lee Jae-gyun, Gochang-seok, and Kim Geum-soon appeared, and director Lee Myung-se took the megaphone. It will be released on the 23rd.
