Born in 1964, Baek Ji-yeon joined the MBC open recruitment announcer in 1987 and served as the youngest and longest-serving anchor in history 'News Desk'. She also holds the record of being the first fixed female anchor. Since 1990, he has changed his job from an MBC announcer to an international reporter and continued his career as a news anchor, and in August 1996, he left 'News Desk'.
