Last year's Blue Dragon Film Award winners expressed their special affection for the 'Blue Dragon' trophy.
Handprinting at the 45th Blue Dragon Film Awards was held at CGV Yeouido in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul on the afternoon of the 6th. Last year's winners, actors Lee Byung-hun (Best Actor), Jung Yu-mi (Best Actress), Jo In-sung (Best Supporting Actor), Jeon Yeo-bin (Best Supporting Actress), and Ko Min-si (New Actress) attended the event to reflect on the glory of the last award. Hong Sa-bin (new actor Woo-sang) was unable to attend because he is currently serving in the military.
In particular, last year was a year when the performances of those who shone in Korean movies were more remarkable than ever. Lee Byung-hun unleashed his overwhelming charisma through the film 'Concrete Utopia' and won the Blue Dragon Film Award for best actor in seven years since 'The Insiders'. Jung Yu-mi played her wife Su-jin, who tries to turn around her husband who suffers from mysterious nightmares in the movie Sleep, and won the Best Actress Award in 17 years after winning the Best Supporting Actress Award in 2006 for The Birth of a Family.
In addition, Jo In-sung and Ko Min-si won the trophy for the movie 'Push', and Jeon Yeo-bin won the trophy for the movie 'Spider House'.
