On the morning of the 27th, an online production presentation of the ENA new entertainment program 'Jongwon Baek's Les Misérables' was held. Four chefs, Kim Min-sung, David Lee, Lim Tae-hoon and Yoon Nam-no, as well as PD Kim Jong-moo and PD Han Kyung-hoon from Jongwon Baek The Bone Korea attended to talk about the program.'Jongwon Baek's Les Misérables' is a growing entertainment show in which 20 aspiring entrepreneurs overcome their limitations and have a chance to change their lives through harsh missions for 100 days. Jongwon Baek and the four chefs add authenticity to the challengers by giving them philosophical and realistic guidance on business as well as culinary skills. The Jongwon Baek emphasized that "the program is not just a survival, it's a life-changing process that gives you real experience and hope.'
The Jongwon Baek was deeply involved in the planning and filming of the program and contained authenticity. "Start-up is not just a technical problem, it's a problem that's closely connected to life," he said. "I wanted to create a program that can provide practical help to the younger generation and the socially underprivileged." In particular, he mobilized all of his academic ties, delays, and connections for this program. I think I spent all my blessings during the production process," he said, drawing laughter.
The four chefs, who were together, formed a strong bond with the challengers as homeroom teachers with different charms. Chef Kim Min-sung even developed stomach problems with sincerity for 100 days``````````````````. Chef Yoon Nam-no said "It was an honor to participate in this program itself and I was happy to help the challengers."
Throughout the filming, the Jongwon Baek and chefs gave sincere advice and guidance to the challengers. But the process wasn't smooth. The Jongwon Baek was "It was difficult to proceed because the chefs were too empathetic to the challengers. There were times when I was shaken up, too"He confessed. Nevertheless, he was overcome with emotion in each episode. The desperation and hard work of the challengers were so touching that no one could be dropped."
The challengers took on the challenge with a variety of stories. The production team said it selected 20 applicants based on desperation and possibility among more than 700 applicants. They are evaluated for their willingness to start a business and learning attitude rather than their cooking skills, and they start without even cooking ramen and achieve a '100-day transformation'.
Jongwon Baek said it hopes the program will remain a textbook for start-ups, not just cooking competitions. He wants to show that even those who can't make a good cook can succeed in starting a business."
ENA PD Kim Jong-moo asked for attention to the program, saying, `Only when this season 1 succeeds, it will lead to season 2 and season 3.'
'Jongwon Baek's Les Misérables' will premiere on ENA at 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, the 30th.
