Hwang In-yeop met with Sports Chosun at a certain place in Gangnam-gu, Seoul on the morning of the 28th and responded to an interview to commemorate the end of 'assembly family'.
'Assembled Family' is a romance drama about the reunion of three young people who have missed each other while crossing the border between family and men for a long time. Actor Hwang In-yup, Jung Chae-yeon, and Bae Hyun-sung played the lead roles to tell a warm and delicate family story.
In the play, Hwang In-yeop played the role of Kim San-ha, who is a model student with a straight appearance and good at studying, but is always in pain on the side of his mind due to what he experienced as a child.
When asked about his ideal type, Hwang In-yup answered "I like people who communicate well and have a clear feeling" He "I think each person has a different look. A person with clear eyes feels special.'
Regarding external standards, "It is more subjective than that. When I feel clearness, I tend to look pretty on the outside," he said, adding that "I have to wait for a long time to get more likeable."
As for fellow actor Jeong Chae-yeon, who worked with him in the 'assembly family', he smiled, saying "Chae-yeon is a clear person."
Regarding the rumors of a romantic relationship with Jeong Chae-yeon, "I didn't expect it at all" "Chae-yeon came to the waiting room and played a joke by offering cucumbers. We are like a family, so such rumors were more unexpected."
"I think it came out because I played with Chae-yeon and Hyun-sung too much," he said. "They are both younger brothers who are said to be pretty, and they rely on each other a lot, consult each other, and continue to have a good relationship. He boasted strong teamwork on the set, saying, "It's helpful to each other and we can share difficult stories."
Hwang In-yeop, who said he felt that he had grown up through this work, added, `I thought a lot about expressing emotions with my eyes, and I was proud that those parts were conveyed well to the viewers.'
Meanwhile, JTBC 'Assembled Family' ended with a 3.7% viewer rating based on Nielsen Korea on the 27th.
