5 Nominees Revealed for 2024 KBS Entertainment Awards Grand Prize

The '2024 KBS Entertainment Awards' side unveiled five candidates for the grand prize on the 16th. The nominees for the grand prize are Yoo Jae-suk, Jeon Hyun-moo, Ryu Soo-young, Lee Chan-won, and Kim Jong-min, raising expectations for the upcoming year-end ceremony.
The first candidate is Yoo Jae-suk, who has won two KBS Entertainment Awards. Yoo Jae-suk, who served as the MC for KBS's first KBS comeback in three years, ranked in the top 20 non-drama popularity index for all his entertainment programs, including `Synchrooyu,' proving that he is the `best MC' even in the MZ generation. Attention is focusing on whether Yoo Jae-suk will be able to write the history of winning three entertainment awards with his return to KBS.
The second candidate is Jeon Hyun-moo, who is proud to be the original KBS son. For the past five years, he has led the program stably by serving as the MC of 'The boss's ear is a donkey's ear', and has drawn great attention by broadcasting the women's weightlifting competition '33rd Paris Olympics'. Attention is focusing on whether Kim Jong-min, who has been in charge of KBS's Sunday for 17 years, will be able to win two individual grand prizes following two group grand prizes.
Meanwhile, the '2024 KBS Entertainment Awards' will be broadcast live at the KBS New Hall in Yeouido-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, at 9:20 p.m. on December 21st, hosted by Lee Joon, Lee Young-ji, and Lee Chan-won.
