From Fabri, who has 23 years of cooking experience, Jeong Ho-young, who has 25 years of experience, and Lee Yeon-bok, who has 53 years of experience, all came together to expect the best cooking.

First, they went out to find food ingredients in the mountain behind an unknown area. Lee Yeon-bok, Fabri, and Boom, who were in charge of the upward search, did not stop exploring despite the arduous journey of climbing up a steep slope on all fours. While following the deer path, they found a variety of foods such as figs, tangja, choppy, and bracken. In particular, luxury fruits that are expensive and cannot be bought and eaten on the market and natural 'Cujipong' captivated them. Jeong Ho-young and Heo Kyung-hwan found a persimmon tree while exploring the bottom of the mountain. He used a pole to shake off persimmons and harvest a basket full of them.



Before the guests came, they decided to make and eat Saecham. In the chilly weather, Lee Yeon-bok wanted to make a representative snack hobang in winter, and he declared that he would make 'Mara hobang' using choppy from the mountain. In addition to this, bonito and fish po that Jung Ho-young carefully ground were added to complete the best okonomiyaki.



The chefs, Boom, and Heo Kyung-hwan then went on a shrimp fishing business to get dinner ingredients. On a boat full of fish, they preempted their own food ingredients. First, Lee Yeon-bok acquired a pen shell. Jung Ho-young secretly coveted the cuttlefish, but Fabri also coveted the cuttlefish and formed a competitive structure. However, despite the initial creak, both of them showed their best cooking skills, and the cuttlefish ink gnocchi was successfully completed.

Lee Yeon-bok, who was in charge of the second dish, showed the master's inner workings in the process of roasting and frying nurungji. When presenting nurungjitang to guests, it aroused admiration by putting nurungjitang on an iron plate and pouring soup on it.

Finally, Jung Ho-young presented 'Gamdokkugi(gam + kkakdugi)' which was pre-soaked in soup curry udon with hot soup and firm udon noodles. The images of guests enjoying gourmet travel from three countries on uninhabited islands, from Italy to China and Japan, presented great satisfaction to viewers.

The trailer released at the end of the broadcast showed Lee Yeon-bok, Jung Ho-young and Fabri competing for the only chef position on a deserted island, adding to the curiosity.

The 30th episode of MBC 'It's a relief to have a good rest' will air at 9 p.m. on Monday, January 6.
