TEO Entertainment's 'My Name is Gabriel' Signs Global Distribution Deal with Banijay

TEO Entertainment 'My name is Gabriel (directed by Kim Tae-ho, Lee Tae-kyung)' has signed a contract with French global formatting company Banijay for the sale and distribution of formats. Banijay will hold exclusive rights to global distribution in the format of TEO entertainment 'My name is Gabriel'.
'My name is Gabriel' is a program that lives 'actually that person's life' for 72 hours in the name of one of the world's 8 billion people where no one knows me, and was popularly aired from June to October. Starting with actor Park Bo-gum, stars of various genres and generations, including Park Myung-soo, Yeom Hye-ran, Ji Chang-wook, Hong Jin-kyung, Dex, Gabi and World Star Jenny, flew around the world and delivered laughter, emotion, empathy and dopamine with colorful emotional changes that they experienced as they permeate the lives of others.
'My name is Gabriel' has been recognized for its content format competitiveness on the global stage, allowing it to expand its contact point with viewers around the world.
This contract was signed by Banijay's active proposal even before the program was aired, and it can be said to be the first format export case developed by TEO. Through this contract, TEO is expected to lay the foundation for entering the global market and further strengthen its IP (Intellectual Property) competitiveness.
In addition, 'My name is Gabriel' recently entered the Asia TV Forum & Market (ATF), Asia's largest content event held in Singapore, proving its high status in the global market. It is known that the Asian region has already shown heated interest in the program's novel format, making future moves more noteworthy.

Banijay Entertainment is a global broadcast video content producer with more than 130 production companies across 21 regions. In the past 23 years, more than 70 dramas and 200 entertainment programs were produced, 33 formats were produced in more than three regions, and were selected as the distributor of the K7 of the year. As for Korean content, 'The Genius' was exported in a format to ITV, the UK's largest private broadcasting company, to find viewers around the world.
