KBS said on the 30th that the hosting of the KBS 2025 countdown show LIGHT NOW (hereinafter 'Countdown Show') was canceled.

Countdown Show was scheduled to be broadcast live on KBS 2TV with an outdoor stage in front of Shinsegae headquarters in Myeong-dong Square, Seoul on the 31st, but the decision was made to cancel it entirely in consultation with the organizers to share their condolences with the people who were deeply saddened by the Jeju Air plane crash.
