'Buried Hearts' Set to Premiere February 14 A Gripping Revenge Drama

SBS's new Friday-Saturday drama 「Treasure Island」 confirmed its first broadcast on February 14, raising expectations in earnest.

'Treasure Island' depicts a revenge play by Seo Dong-ju (Park Hyung-sik), a genius hacker who hacked 2 trillion won in political funds, to destroy the absolute evil Yumjangseon (Ha Jun-ho) who killed him and the world. It is a work joined by Lee Myung-hee and Jin Chang-gyu, director of the military prosecutor Doberman, and the life bets surrounding revenge and desire will provide a sense of immersion.

In particular, the acting confrontation between Park Hyung-sik and Heo Jun-ho is considered the biggest point of this work. In one film, two generations of beyond-generation actors are expected to stand at opposition points and have been praised for their `devastating combination' right after the casting announcement.

The duo poster, released on January 15, visually encapsulated their tense confrontation. In the poster, Park Hyung-sik left a deep impression by expressing his intense ambition toward his goal, and Heo Jun-ho expressed his tenacity to protect his world only with his eyes. The copy of 'Those who want to have vs. those who want to protect, who risk their lives, Money Game' adds tension and implies a central axis of the story.

Another key point of the poster is that it hinted at the illusion of money and desire through the shattered and scattered 'treasure'. The treasure, fiercely pursued by Park Hyung-sik and Heo Jun-ho, symbolizes human desires and implies that 'Treasure Island' is a work with depth beyond mere revenge plays.

SBS's new Friday-Saturday drama 『Treasure Island』, which will be broadcast following the 'My Perfect Secretary』, will premiere at 10 p.m. on Feb. 14.
