From aspiring entertainer to No. 1...MBC's son Jeon Hyun-moo lifted his third grand prize trophy

Jeon Hyun-moo won the grand prize at the '2024 MBC Broadcast Entertainment Awards' held on the 28th. Over the past year, programs such as 'I Live Alone' and 'Omniscient Interfere' showed a variety of stable progress as well as fun, moving, and pleasant energy to viewers for a long time. He recalled his days as a aspiring entertainer, saying, `I won my third grand prize at MBC.'
He said, `When I grow up, I want to go into that small square box and entertain people like me who are lonely and don't have many friends"I think it's an award that I received by maintaining my initial commitment well when I was young." I've never lost my original intention."
"I think it's a time when I think a lot about what kind of laughter to give these days."I will try to give you a vitamin-like broadcast rather than dopamine these days, a broadcast that remains after watching, and a healthy smile."With determination, the promise I made with Hyunmoo when I was young, I always decided to entertain you. So, I will continue to do my best without losing my initial commitment when I started broadcasting." he said.
In his acceptance speech for the first time, he said he loved his parents, referring to his only pleasure in watching his broadcast. Lastly, Jeon Hyun-moo said, "I hope this year is full of things to laugh about. We're not good enough, but we're going to be entertainers who can make a show with a warm smile after watching."He concluded his speech with a New Year's greeting.

Bae Chul-soo, the DJ of Korea's representative pop music radio program 「Bae Chul-soo's Music Camp」, which celebrated its 35th anniversary this year, won the Achievement Award.
