'Hidden Face' (director Kim Dae-woo), which has become the most popular Korean movie in the past five years, has continued to hit the small screen beyond the success of the theater.

According to the Korea Film Council's online theater integrated computer network on the 6th, 'Hidden Face' has been ranked first in the three IPTV companies and digital cable TV platforms since its launch of the simultaneous theater VOD service, showing off its unrivaled presence in the home market.

'Hidden Face' is a unique backroom thriller that takes place when the bare face of Soo-yeon's junior 'Mi-ju' who appeared in front of 'Sungjin' looking for her missing fiancee 'Su-yeon' and 'Su-yeon' who was confined to the closest space to them is revealed.




The film, which was praised for its immersive performances by actors such as Song Seung-heon, Cho Yeo-jeong and Park Ji-hyun and detailed production by director Kim Dae-woo, hit theaters at the end of the year when it was released, setting a record of exceeding 1 million viewers for the first time among blue-and-blue Korean films in the past five years.
