'Newtopia' is a story about soldier Jae-yoon and a bear lord running to each other across downtown Seoul, where they were attacked by zombies, and Yoon Sung-hyun, the director of the films 'Watchmen' and 'Time for the Hunt', took the megaphone.
Earlier in December 2023, Jisoo signed a contract with YG Entertainment for the group Black Pink's full-length activities. After that, he established a private label 'Blissu' and announced his acting career in earnest.
He turned into a bold bear girlfriend, Yeongju, said, `I've seen a lot of zombie movies so far, but when I first saw the script 'Newtopia', there were a lot of colorful events as well as zombie incidents, so I thought a new zombie movie would be born. The character Youngjoo also came to me attractively, and I participated without hesitation because I worked with director Yoon Sung-hyun and senior Park Jung-min."
Meanwhile, the Coupang Play series 'Newtopia' will be released for the first time at 8 p.m. on February 7.
