On the morning of the 6th, a production presentation for tvN X TVING original drama 'Wonkyung' (directed by Kim Sang-ho/playwright Lee Young-mi/production studio Dragon/JS Pictures) was held online. Actors Cha Cha Joo-young and Lee Hyun-wook, and director Kim Sang-ho, who directed, were present.
'Wongyeong' depicts a hot story hidden between the king and queen, husband and wife, focusing on Queen Won-kyung (Cha Joo-young), who gained power with her husband Taejong Yi Bang-won (Lee Hyun-wook). The couple's narrative, known as political partners, will be newly created and interpreted from the perspective of the distant landscape to add interest.
In the play, Lee Hyun-wook played the role of Yi Bang-won, the three kings of Joseon 'Taejong'. He returned to historical drama two years after the 'The Bandit'"It doesn't seem like a long time has passed, but it's surprising that two years have already passed. It's nice to meet you again through this piece, and I hope many people will welcome you", he expressed his feelings. He added that he has spent various work activities and personal time, adding that he has added depth as an actor.
As for how it felt to play the real person, Lee Bang-won, "At first, how did this role come into me?"thought ' It was also burdensome, and I know that the seniors have been acting in various ways with their great acting skills. I acted with the thought that I could show my husband's image that was different from what the seniors showed me," he said.
Meanwhile, tvN's Monday-Tuesday drama 'Wonkyung' will premiere on tvN at 8:50 p.m. on the 6th.
