"'Arawon' is Korea's first health therapy reality program to prevent the accelerated aging of modern people, and Shin Ae-ra will be the main MC to capture the process of practicing healthy lifestyles with Lee Hyun-yi, Hong Hyun-hee, and a mirage.
Regarding the background behind the program's proposal to the production team, Shin Ae-ra said, "I felt an abnormal signal to my health and thought I should change my lifestyle."I hope this program will serve as an opportunity for viewers to look back on their health as well." He then emphasized that "I am interested enough to watch more than 1,000 health-related lectures" and that "a more realistic application point will be found through the process of direct practice rather than just lectures."
After the first shooting, Shin Ae-ra said that she was experiencing healthy changes naturally enough for the cast to share their diets by creating a group chat room.
