'Severance: Disconnect' is a science fiction thriller centered on the setting of a 'disconnect procedure' that separates the self inside and outside the company. He was nominated for leading awards such as the Golden Globe and Critics' Choice Awards, and was recognized for his work by winning two awards at the 74th Primetime Emmy Awards.
The first episode of Season 2, which will be released on the 17th, depicts the story of MDR team leader Mark (Adam Scott) and his team members who returned to Luman again. Mark, who underwent a disconnection procedure to forget the sadness of losing his wife in season 1, doubts the nature of the disconnection procedure when he meets a person outside the company who claims to be an old co-worker. At the same time, with the emergence of new employee Heli (Britt Lower), who is strongly opposed to the way the company operates, the MDR team digs up the shocking secrets that 'Luman' has hidden one by one.
At the end of season 1, team members who woke up from the outside in a inny state tried to expose the disconnection procedure, but in season 2, they were rather used as mascots to promote the disconnection procedure, putting them in an unexpected situation. In addition, the purpose of establishing the company 'Luman' and new spaces that did not appear in season 1 will be revealed, and a more tense development will take place.
Season 2 of 'Severance: Disconnected' was produced in a total of 10 episodes, and new episodes are presented every Friday at Apple TV+ and Apple TV+ brand halls in TVing, starting with its first release on the 17th.
