Director Kim Sang-ho expressed his confidence during the casting process, saying, "Lee Hyun-wook was well-studied and handsome with the image of Bang-won."
The chemistry between the two actors was also outstanding. Cha Joo-young "The time I spent with Lee Hyun-wook was like living together for a whole life"I learned a lot from making the set enjoyable."
