In MBC's Friday-Saturday drama 「Undercover High School」, which aired on the 22nd (Saturday), Jung Hae-sung (Seo Kang-joon), the main character who was investigating the basement of Byeongmun High School, listened to the first story of 「4 major ghost stories」. According to this, a ballet girl (played by Jang Se-rim) is involved in a car accident while running away one day while being bullied by her classmates in a dance room in the basement of the old building. Eventually, the female student, who had her legs amputated, was in despair and hanged herself in the basement of the old building. It was said that the classmates who bullied her later found the female student's body and buried it under the floor somewhere in the old building. It was a ghost story that the girl eventually became a ghost and crawled around the floor at the time of her death. Jang Se-rim added a sense of reality to the story by playing the main character of this ghost story realistically.
Meanwhile, Jeong Hae-sung infiltrated the old building in the middle of the night, thinking that there would be a gold bar hidden under the old building. In the underground dance room, Jung Hae-sung hears music sounds and mysterious noises that thump like ghost stories. Then, he confronted a gunman who was hammering the dance room floor and chased him running away. Unfortunately, he missed the gunman, but Jung Hae-sung arrived in a room full of clues about the gold bullion. At the same time, the remains of a female student in a ghost story were found, causing consternation.
Actor Jang Se-rim from T&I Cultures appeared as the lead in one of the supporting films for the production of ghost story short stories at the 2023 Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival (BIFAN) and met with the audience by showing the force of 'Motae Yeoju', which stands out even in horror movies. Jang Se-rim, who challenged the Next Generation Horror Queen with her clear and transparent charm, also clearly imprinted her presence in Undercover High School by playing two extreme characters, a female student and a ghost in a ghost story.
