Han Ji-min who announced his resignation as CEO. Should I protect People's?

In the 11th episode of SBS 'My Perfect Secretary', which aired on the 8th, Ji-yoon (played by Han Ji-min) was depicted as a representative.
Jiyoon was contacted "Is it true that an article supposed to be People's appeared?" It was reported that a famous Korean search firm 'P Company' was involved in investment fraud. This was an incident that erupted when Young-min (Ko Sang-ho), CEO of Econic Bio, went into hiding after attracting investment by using the stock listing as bait. Detectives immediately raided the office, adding to the confusion among employees.
All of this was planned by Hye-jin (Park Bo-kyung). After siphoning off Young-min, Hye-jin cynically said "It's natural for People to fail." At the same time, the incident involving Ji-yoon five years ago was talked about again, and Ji-yoon's position became even narrower.
Jiyoon called up the staff and did nothing to be ashamed of. When the investigation is over, this crisis will also pass by," he said, ordering telecommuting. However, even inside, there were doubts that the whole situation might not be a trap that someone had intentionally sold.
Eventually, Ji-yoon visited Hye-jin herself. When asked "Why are you doing this?" Hye-jin expressed her hostility without hesitation, saying "I hate you". Ji-yoon responded, "'Are you afraid because I know that the employee Lee Yong-hoon covered with death five years ago is a senior?' but Hye-jin laughed, "'If you have time to do that, find a way to save the company.'"
However, there were some who moved to protect the people. Team 1 tried to find out the true nature of the incident by tracking the relationship between Young-min and Career Way. Ji-yoon, who was looking at such employees, expressed her sincerity "Thank you" for the first time.
But the crisis at People's has intensified. The board called on Jiyoon to step down as CEO. Cheol-yong (Cho Seung-yeon) said "People's market value has already fallen. We have a buyer and you need to get out", he pressed. Ji-yoon asked back "Is the underwriter a career path?" and Cheol-yong answered in silence.
In the end, after much consideration, Jiyoon announced her decision to resign from the representative post as of today with a greeting of "Good morning to the employees". It was a choice for employees, not for their own greed.
