CJ ENM held 'CJ ENM Content Talk 2025' at CJ ENM Center in Sangam-dong, Seoul on the morning of February 10. Yoon Sang-hyun, CEO of CJ ENM, Park Sang-hyuk, head of the channel division of Media Business Headquarters, and Min Min Min-hong, CCO, participated in the event to introduce CJ ENM's 2025 content strategy, tvN, the No. 1 K content channel, and the lineup of Korea's leading OTT TVING.
Studio Dragon CP Kim Ryun-hee, who attended the event, said "It is an issue in our production industry, and when the advertising market is bad, labor costs, actor guarantees, and various inflation?"There is a situation in which production costs increase due to the door and eventually income may be short. As you said, it hasn't been long since drama became industrialized. When I started the drama business, I actually brought the concept of a producer to the drama industry, and I think it played a pioneering role in accumulating processors for production while industrializing dramas. Therefore, we are now considering reorganizing various market conditions necessary because of production cost efficiency, transparency, and coexistence in this chaotic market, and in that respect, we are introducing a system that calculates the actual cost of production, which we do not do much in the industry. It's a production method that's been around for a while on the film side, but it was actually difficult to do it in the drama due to the business structure, but I think we can tell you that we're working hard to establish a more efficient and reasonable production cost by introducing such a system in the market."
