Lee Joon-hyuk recently met with Sports Chosun somewhere in Samcheong-dong, Seoul, and responded to an interview commemorating the end of the `My Perfect Secretary.'
SBS's Friday-Saturday drama `My Perfect Secretary' (written and directed by Ham Joon-ho and Kim Jae-hong) is a close-up care romance with the perfect visuals of Han Ji-min and Lee Joon-hyuk. The relationship between the female representative and the male secretary also drew favorable reviews.
In the play, Lee Joon-hyuk played Yoo Eun-ho, the secretary of headhunting company CEO Kang Ji-yoon (Han Ji-min). Yoo Eun-ho, a single dad who loves his daughter, is recognized by her colleagues for her outstanding work skills, and has a pure love for her girlfriend Kang Ji-yoon.
Lee Jun-hyuk said, "It was a challenge for me because I'm not familiar with the romantic comedy genre"He confessed. In particular, I was so ashamed that the line "Handsome" in the play was repeated. I felt a lot of pressure on how to express it."
He also said he had difficulty playing the character Yoo Eun-ho. Lee Jun-hyuk thought Yoo Eun-ho's purpose was gone after he became secretary. He acted as a facilitator for the characters around him and made the narratives of other characters stand out"Nevertheless, I had a lot of worries to make the character less plain."
As for the response that `visual is narrative,' I thought `I couldn't go around anymore.' There are many people who are deceived by the magic of the mass media." "It's a little disappointing in private, so please do it."
When asked about the exciting scene in Rocco "Is producer Na Young-seok in the basketball scene like that??I didn't know you'd say it." He also cited the scene of Han Ji-min patting his face at the end of the fourth episode and said, `I was embarrassed because I couldn't do anything because it was a scene where I was sleeping, but the scene lived a dreamy life because actor Han Ji-min acted naturally.'
As for the possibility of re-doing the romance genre "It wasn't originally my favorite genre, but this work gave me a new perspective."I thought it was no different from the action genre. It feels like a kiss scene is going in instead of a scene where a person dies. It's like a genre with the same rhythm, just different customers and needs", leaving open the possibility.
Meanwhile, SBS's Friday-Saturday drama 'My Perfect Secretary' ended with the final episode on the 14th.
