Netflix held a production presentation for the new original series 'MeloMovie' (written by Lee Na-eun, directed by Oh Choong-hwan) at the Grand Ballroom of Dongdaemun Square in Jongno-gu, Seoul on the morning of the 12th. The event was attended by Choi Woo-sik, Park Bo-young, Lee Joon-young, Jeon Son-i and Oh Choong-hwan.
Park Bo-young "Everyone has different strengths, but Park Seo-joon was older than me and Hyung-sik was younger than me, but I met a friend of the same age for the first time while doing this job. It was a friend who made me feel that I could be this comfortable and like a friend if I did it with a friend of the same age. It was so good. The scene was always so comfortable. It was the most comfortable, and today, it's so funny when Woo-sik says it. It's funny even before I say it. I realized that there is such a lovely charm that I want to take out whenever I feel bad by being a laughing button. "Seo-jun and Hyung-sik are both actors that I like so much. "
"Melo Movie" is a movie-like romance in which young people who want to love and dream find each other, become inspiration, and overcome their trauma. It depicts the reunion romance of young people who have their own deficiencies but move toward dreams and love, and those who dream of a melodrama life. Director Oh Choong-hwan, who directed `Hotel Del Luna' and 'Startup', and writer Lee Na-eun, who debuted with 'We Are' that year, joined forces.
"Melo Movie" will be released on Netflix on the 14th.
