Naomi Aki said at a press conference for the movie 'Mickey 17' held at Megabox COEX in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul on the 20th, `I wanted to come to Korea, but I'm happy to greet you with director Bong.'
The film is based on the American writer Edward Ashton's novel `Mickey 7' and tells the story of Mickey 18, who is a consumable (expendables) put into dangerous work and is reprinted when Mickey 18 is printed, thinking he is dead during his 17th death crisis.
Naomi Aki, who came to Korea for the first time with the movie `Mickey 17,' said `It's my first time in Korea, and I've wanted to come to Korea for a long time. I'm glad that I can greet you with director Bong."
Naomi Ackie plays Nasha, a cold-hearted and brave agent who is infinitely friendly to Mickey (Robert Pattinson) in the play. He "It was the role that made me free. The more I see it, the more authentic and sincere it is. Other characters have secrets and try to hide themselves, but Nasha is honest. After reading the script, I was happy in the process of realizing the character. Acting is always difficult, interesting, but I think it's all experimentation and trial and error after all. If I have another chance next time, I want to act a little differently. However, I am satisfied with the outcome."
Meanwhile, 'Mickey 17' confirmed its release in Korea for the first time in the world on the 28th. The North American release date is March 7.
