The press preview of Coupang Play's original series 'Newtopia' (played by Han Jin-won and Ji Ho-jin, directed by Yoon Sung-hyun) was held on the 3rd. Director Yoon Sung-hyun attended the event.
Coach Yoon Sung-hyun considered him lucky while working with Ji-soo about his teamwork with Ji-soo. The humorousness of the character is important in recent years. We need a point where we can express the character in a humorous way, but Jisoo herself is very humorous and has seen it as a long-time fan?? As an actor with such humor, I wanted to do it together. I was lucky to be able to do it together, and I personally received a lot of help as an actor."
Coach Yoon then said, `There was nothing hard about it. Since I haven't worked on my work for a very long time after 'Seolganghwa', I wondered if it would be okay in the beginning. Since I'm not an actor who has been acting continuously. However, I don't think I had any concerns or difficulties as I watched them actively read four days a week. When I already started filming, I was ready to go in, and it's a very difficult shoot, but there are a lot of amazing scenes other than the one that came out now. As an actress, there are many actions that can't help but be difficult, and she always participated in those scenes with a smile. Thank you.
'Newtopia' tells the story of a soldier Jae-yoon and a bear lord running to each other across downtown Seoul, where they were attacked by zombies. Director Yoon Sung-hyun, who swept domestic and foreign film festivals with the movie `Watchmen" and excellently depicted the beauty and thrill of the genre with 『Time of Hunting』, presents K-zombiel with fresh senses and visuals. On top of that, actor Park Jung-min will meet as a late soldier boyfriend 'Jaeyoon', who only thinks of his girlfriend even if the whole world goes bankrupt, and global girl group Black Pink member Ji-soo will meet as a bold goshin girlfriend 'Youngju', who confronts a zombie crowd with one determination that he should only meet Jae-yoon, to complete a perfect couple chemistry that will not stop the zombie virus.
'Neutopia' will be released at 8 p.m. on the 7th.
