Actor Park Hyung-sik expressed his feelings about making a drastic transformation.

On the afternoon of the 21st, the SBS Hall on the 13th floor of SBS in Mok-dong, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, held a production presentation for SBS's Friday-Saturday drama 'Treasure Island'. Director Jin Chang-gyu and actors Park Hyung-sik, Heo Jun-ho, Lee Hae-young and Hong Hwa-yeon attended the meeting to tell stories about the drama.

SBS's new Friday-Saturday drama 「Treasure Island」 (written by Lee Myung-hee/directed by Jin Chang-gyu/produced by Studio S, A2G Entertainment, and Purmir Workshop) is a life-full betting revenge drama in which Seo Dong-ju (played by Park Hyung-sik), who hacked 2 trillion won in political slush funds, fights for absolute evil that killed him and everything to destroy the world. The devastating combination of Park Hyung-sik (Seo Dong-ju) and Heo Jun-ho (Yeomsangseon) is drawing keen attention.




In the play, Park Hyung-sik played the role of Seo Dong-ju, head of the external cooperation team in the presidential office of Daesan Group. Seo Dong-ju is a person full of meticulous ambition. Park Hyung-sik draws attention by attempting a new transformation by capturing Seo Dong-ju's cool-headedness and fierceness with extraordinary concentration and expressiveness.

Park Hyung-sik said, `I've greeted you a lot in the romantic comedy genre, but the character 'Seo Dong-ju' is ambitious and greedy. I don't have many opportunities to work with seniors such as Heo Jun-ho and Lee Hae-young, but I'm really happy to meet you in one place with this work."

He also shared his feelings about filming the unconventional action scenes. Park Hyung-sik "All the gods were difficult. It was a hard work, but I think I finished the shoot well because the seniors, including the director, gave me a lot of advice.




Meanwhile, SBS' new Friday-Saturday drama 「Treasure Island」 will premiere at 10 p.m. on February 21.
