Netflix held a production presentation for the new original series 'I've been completely fooled' (played by Lim Sang-chun, directed by Kim Won-seok) at the Conrad Seoul Hotel in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul on the morning of the 5th. Director Kim Won-seok, IU, Park Bo-gum, Moon So-ri and Park Hae-joon attended the event.
IU says, "We are friends of the same age, and we have known each other since we were teenagers. It was my first time to work together in earnest, but strangely, I wasn't nervous at all from the first shooting and felt so comfortable. Like Ae-soon and Gwan-sik, who have been in a relationship since they were young. I don't always do that to my partner, but I was able to share ideas with Mr. Bogum more comfortably than ever. It was a really good partner."
Park Bo-gum said "I was touched, too. We first met at the commercial site in our teens, worked together for a while with a special appearance on 'Producer' in our twenties, and worked together in our thirties, but as we got older, it was you who worked together. It is not easy to meet a friend of the same age, but thanks to IU, who expressed the feelings of Ae-soon like a roller coaster in the process of such work, I was able to immerse myself in the character of Gwan-sik. It was a great piece to work with, and I got closer while promoting, so I want to reunite with Ae-soon in a different way than official ceremonies."
"'Fully deceived' is a Netflix series that unravels the adventurous life of Ae-soon and Guansik born in Jeju in four seasons. Writer Lim Sang-chun, who wrote 'When the Camellia Blooms' and 'Ssam My Way', wrote, and director Kim Won-seok, who created 'My Mister', 'Misaeng' and 'Signal', took the megaphone. IU and Park Bo-gum appear as Ae-soon and Gwan-sik, respectively, and Moon So-ri and Park Hae-joon appear as adults Ae-soon and Gwan-sik.
Starting on the 7th, 'I was completely deceived' will be released four times every Friday for a month.
