According to YG Entertainment on the 31st, Black Pink's music video of 'Kill This Love exceeded 2 billion views on YouTube at 7:44 a.m. that day. This is the first milestone achieved in about five years and five months since its release on April 5, 2019.
As a result, Blackpink became the first K-pop artist to have two music videos with more than 2 billion views out of a total of 46 billion views. Their music video for another mega-hit song 'DDU-DU DDU-DU', which previously achieved the same number of views, has now exceeded 2.2 billion views.
The music video for "Kill This Love" drew explosive reactions from music fans around the world with its dynamic performance and sophisticated visual beauty.
