Jimin of BTS has achieved another milestone in the Japanese music market.

On August 9th, the Japan Record Association announced that Jimin's recently released solo album 'MUSE' has been awarded gold disc certification, having surpassed 100,000 cumulative shipments as of July. This marks yet another major success for Jimin's solo career in Japan, following the platinum certification of his debut album, 'FACE.'

The Japan Record Association grants different levels of certification based on cumulative album shipments, including gold (over 100,000 copies) and platinum (over 250,000 copies). Jimin's 'MUSE' meeting the gold certification standard once again highlights his strong musical influence.

Additionally, the album performed exceptionally well on the Oricon charts. In its first week of release, 'MUSE' secured the No. 1 spot on the 'Weekly Digital Album Rankings' and ranked No. 3 on both the 'Weekly Album Rankings' and 'Weekly Combined Albums Rankings.' The title track 'Who' also received positive reception, reaching No. 5 on the 'Weekly Digital Singles Ranking.'
