YG's next-generation rookie girl group Baby Monster will start shooting a music video for its first full album.

YG Entertainment announced on the 23rd that it will produce an essay including the title song for Baby Monster's first full-length album music video scheduled to be released this fall. It is expected to complete the mega-project with full support by moving to and from various locations secured early on.

This is the part that gives a glimpse of Yang Hyun-suk's confidence in YG's next-generation girl group Baby Monster. It is interpreted as a will to promote and publicize various songs in the regular album, including the title song.

"Baby Monster's recording of its first full-length album has been completed and is in the process of finalizing," YG said. "The choreography of several songs that will take several weeks to film music videos has been completed."

Earlier, Baby Monster confirmed the official debut date of the seven members as a whole on April 1 and released its first mini-album 'BABYMONS7ER'. The music video for the title song 'SHEESH' achieved a new record of 100 million views (10 days) for the shortest K-pop girl group debut song, and is currently approaching 300 million views, exceeding 296 million views. The choreography video is also gaining huge popularity, surpassing 150 million views.

Baby Monster's popularity began slowly as the live skills of seven members were highlighted, not a standard promotion. When it was first released, 'SHHESH' did not make much of a splash on the main charts, but as the members' outstanding live skills were known, it entered the top of the charts and stayed for a long time.

Afterwards, Baby Monster pre-released one of the album's tracks, 'FOREVER', on July 1 to warm up expectations before the release of the full-length album. On top of that, he created a consensus with fans 12 times in seven Asian cities through global fan meetings, and on the stage of Japan's largest music festival 'Summer Sonic 2024', he imprinted his talent as a newcomer with skills that are out of reach for music fans around the world.

YG said "We wanted to tell you the news of the confirmed release of the regular album for many global fans who have been supporting and waiting for Baby Monster. I hope this album will provide an opportunity to visit fans who have supported Baby Monster from afar. Now it is the final stage for a bigger new start. We will tell you more about the release date soon."
