BTS' Jin Tops Global Charts with New Song 'I'll Be There'



BTS member Jin is gaining attention worldwide by topping charts with his latest single ahead of his official solo album release.

According to Spotify's latest chart, released on the 26th, Jin’s new song 'I'll Be There' debuted at No. 9 on the day of its release, amassing over 4.69 million streams. This achievement surpassed his previous record for 'The Astronaut,' which peaked at No. 17, making it the highest-charting Spotify solo song for Jin.

The single is also receiving enthusiastic responses in Japan, where it claimed the No. 1 spot on Oricon's Daily Digital Singles Rankings. This follows the success of his earlier single Super Tuna, which topped the Oricon chart on the day of its release on the 11th.



Jin’s popularity extended to iTunes, with I'll Be There reaching the No. 1 position on the Top Song chart in 70 countries and regions, including Japan, Brazil, and Australia. The track also ranked highly in major markets like the United States, the United Kingdom, France, and Canada. Additionally, Jin’s global appeal was evident as the song topped both the Worldwide iTunes Song and European iTunes Song charts for two consecutive days.

'I'll Be There' is a pre-release track from Jin’s upcoming first solo album 'Happy,' which is scheduled for release on November 15. The song features an upbeat Rockabilly sound and delivers a heartfelt message of strength and comfort to listeners.



On the 26th, Jin also released a live clip of 'I'll Be There' on BTS’s official YouTube channel, which received enthusiastic responses from fans. The video highlighted Jin's impressive vocal range and the vibrant band sound, adding to the song’s uplifting atmosphere. Fans have praised his vocal performance and stage presence, further raising excitement for the album.

Jin’s solo album 'Happy' will be released at 2 p.m. on November 15.
