JYP Entertainment officially announced that it will post a poster image on its official SNS channel on the afternoon of the 11th and hold the "2024 DAY6 Special Concert" 'The Present'(2024 Day6 Special Concert 'The Present') at Gocheok Sky Dome in Guro-gu, Seoul.
Marking its 10th anniversary this year, DAY6 will enter Gocheok Sky Dome, one of the largest indoor venues in Korea, with the first ever K-pop band, focusing on its peak popularity.
DAY6 will perform with the same name as the full-length work 'Welcome to the Show'Day6 CONCERT
In particular, Day6 has finally entered Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul in December, where the two performances of Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium in Seoul with 34,000 spectators in April and Incheon Inspire Arena with a total of 40,000 seats in September were sold out.
Some complained that Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium and Incheon Inspire Arena were small to accommodate large audiences due to the high demand for Day6 performances. There is also a joke that DAY6 has finally grasped the theme by holding a concert at Gocheok Sky Dome, where a relatively large number of audiences can enter.
This performance is a new version of Day6's special solo concert held every year of the year. Members Sungjin, Young K, Wonpil, and Dowoon held a Christmas special performance 'DAY6 Christmas Special Concert 'The Present: You are My Day'(Christmas Special Concert 'The Present: You Are My Day') for the fans who waited for the empty space as their first move after being discharged from the military in December 2023.
This year, DAY6 will meet with the audience again at the "2024 DAY6 Special Concert 'The Present' to end 2024 meaningfully.
Ticket reservations will be pre-booked for the fourth fan club My Day from 8 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. on November 19, and general reservations will begin at 8 p.m. on the 20th.
DAY6 has been successful in its third world tour and is continuing its activities. All performances so far, including Incheon in September, Kuala Lumpur, Bali, Surabaya, and Jakarta, have been sold out, and all future Bangkok, Hong Kong, Los Angeles, and New York performances have also been sold out. With the momentum, solo performances will be held in Singapore on November 22 (local time), Bangkok on November 30 to December 1, Kaohsiung on January 18 to December 1, 2025, Hong Kong on January 25 to 26, Osaka on February 12 to 13, Tokyo on February 15 to 16, Manila on April 22, Sydney on April 6, Melbourne on April 9, Auckland on New Zealand on April 12, Los Angeles on 16 to 17, and New York on April 19 to fill in a page of precious memories with global fans.
