BTS Jin Captivates on NHK's 'Venue101' with Stunning Performances

This episode was presented as a special broadcast for Jin named 'Venue101 Presents JIN SPECIAL'. Jean sang a total of three songs, starting with the pre-released song 'I'll Be There from her first solo album 'Happy'. Jin's first Japanese performance in about five years since the December 2019 BTS fan meeting 'BTS 5TH MUSTER MAGIC SHOP IN JAPAN' was filled with enthusiasm reminiscent of a concert.
Along with the band performance, Jin performed Shinbo's title song 'Running Wild' and solo single 'The Astronaut' live to relieve the disappointment of Japanese fans who were thirsty for his stage. Jin showed off her charm as a vocalist by boasting solid vocals and perfectly digesting rock-based songs.

Meanwhile, Jin achieved an amazing performance in Japan with 'Happy'. Released on November 15, the album ranked 19th on the Billboard Japan 2024 year-end settlement chart (counting period: November 27, 2023-November 24, 2024) 'Hot Album' with just 10 days of performance. It also received great love, ranking 20th and 33rd respectively on 'Top Album Sales' and 'Download Album'.
