BlackPink Rosé is rocking the global charts with a song 'APT.' in collaboration with pop star Bruno Mars. Billboard said in a chart preview article released on the 27th (local time) that 'APT.' rose two places from the previous week to rank third in the Billboard 'Hot 100' chart. Since its release in October last year, it has remained on the chart for 14 consecutive weeks, breaking its own record.

In particular, Rosé reached 5th place on the 6th with this song, recording the highest record as a K-pop female solo artist, and this time, she set a new milestone of entering the top three. Among the existing K-pop artists, only BTS (BTS), BTS members Jimin and Jungkook, and Psy entered the top three of Billboard 'Hot 100', and Rosé was on par with them.

'APT.' once dropped after entering 8th place on the 'Hot 100's chart shortly after its release, but it began to reverse again when carol songs fell off the chart at the end of the year. After ranking fifth on the 6th, it has been on a steep rise, reaching third place this week.

It is strong not only in the United States but also in the United Kingdom. 'APT.' also proved popular in the UK, reaching No. 2 on the UK's official singles chart. Since its release, it has remained in the top 100 for 14 consecutive weeks, continuing a steady long run.

Rose set another record as a K-pop female solo artist. Global fans are paying keen attention to how far 'APT.' will soar in the future.
