On the 20th, Rosé applied for the termination of the trust on October 31 last year, and the contract was finally terminated on January 31 after a three-month grace period.
Seo Taiji was the first to end the trust relationship with the Mjeo Cooperative. On April 4, 2003, Seo Tai-ji became the first Korean singer to leave the music club. Rosé became the second female singer since Seo Tai-ji and the first female singer to have the hand of Mjeohyup.
It is known that the reason why Rosé left the Mjeo Cooperative is because of the double fee. In September last year, Rosé signed an exclusive contract with Atlantic Records, a label affiliated with Warner Music Group, to start a full-fledged global activity. As the weight was put on overseas activities, there was no need to manage copyrights separately in the United States and Korea. In the future, all copyrights of Rosé will be managed by U.S. publishers.
BLACKPINK will open its 2025 World Tour at the main stadium of Goyang Stadium on July 5 and 6. They communicate with fans in a total of 10 regions, including Los Angeles, Chicago, Toronto, New York, Paris, France, Milan, Italy, Barcelona, Spain, London, the United Kingdom, and Tokyo, Japan.
