nCH Entertainment (hereinafter referred to as nCH), which signed a contract for the concert and management business of Crea Studio (hereinafter referred to as Crea), the production company of 'Actual Singer 2', distributed the press release for the tour of 'Actual Singer 2' on the 6th without any consultation with the company that has the right to the concert. Crea's arbitrary conduct of the concert business without consultation with us is a clear breach of contract and causes great financial and mental damage to our company and many other officials who have been preparing for the business."
"We have asked the court to expedite the judgment of the lawsuit for validation of this contract so that the concert can proceed smoothly without a hitch, but Crea requested that the hearing date continue. In the meantime, the intention to suddenly announce the performance is questionable. Crea said it has not responded to any of the top 7 management businesses it owns.
It also declared that "the Company intends to correct the rights of the Company and its officials through legal action against Crea's dogmatic and unconventional methods.'
Starting with Seoul in April, Crea announced that it would hold a national tour concert of 'Actual Singer 2' in 10 cities, including Busan, Daegu, Changwon, Jeonju, Daejeon, Anyang, Gwangju, and Ulsan.
Next is the full text of nCH admission.
Hello, we're nCH Entertainment.
We would like to inform you of our position regarding the concert article of 'Actual Singer 2' reported today.
The Company has entered into a business agreement with Crea Studio, the producer of 'Actual Singer 2', for the concert and management business of 'Actual Singer 2', and the court has not yet ruled on it as the lawsuit for the validity of the contract between the two companies is ongoing.
The press release of Crea Studio's 'Actual Singer 2' Tour Concert, which was reported today, was distributed by Crea without any consultation with the company that has the right to the concert. Crea's arbitrary concert business without consultation with us is a clear breach of contract, and it is an act that causes great financial and mental damage to many people, including us, who have been preparing for the business.
The company has asked the court to advance the judgment of this contract's validity claim lawsuit as soon as possible so that the concert can proceed smoothly, but Crea has requested that the hearing date continue. In the meantime, I doubt Crea's intention to suddenly announce the performance today.
In addition, Crea has not responded to our 'Actual Singer' TOP7 management business.
We hereby inform you that we will correct the rights of our company and officials through legal action against Crea's dogmatic and unconventional ways, and we hope that no more people will be harmed by Crea's incorrect announcement.
