Hoshi X Woozi, the new special unit of SEVENTEEN, will release his first single 'BEAM' on March 10.

Seventeen's agency Pledis Entertainment posted a concept teaser on the global super fan platform Weverse and Seventeen's official SNS at midnight on the 19th, predicting the new news of Hoshi X Woozi.

The released video contains the Hoshi X Woozi logo and the title of the new album. While the monotone screen production that intersects light and darkness is fresh and sensual, the release schedule of 'BEAM' was released at the end of the video.

The album title 'BEAM' means the light emitted from Hoshi X Woozi. Since their trainee days, they have established themselves as the best K-pop group, and their originality and self-love accumulated through repeated challenges have been expressed in various lights.

Hoshi X Woozi formed a special unit in about eight years after collaborating on their second full album 'TEEN, AGE', released in November 2017. As the two, who are the performance team and vocal team leaders and friends of the same age born in 1996, are united, unrivaled quality and "real chemistry" are expected.

Seventeen boasts an unlimited musical spectrum by introducing a variety of special units. Boo Seok-soon (Seungkwan, Dokyeom, Hoshi) captivated both the public and the fandom by making a hit with 'Jeans' released in January following 'Just Do It' and 'Way To Go (Feat. Lee Young-ji)'. Jeonghan X Won-woo released his first single 'THIS MAN' in June last year, achieving the highest initial sales (record sales in a week immediately after its release) of the K-pop unit album.
