Pepper Savings Bank said Jangwi arrived at Gimpo International Airport on the afternoon of the 2nd. On May 1, Pepper Savings Bank recruited Jangwi as the No. 1 pick for the Asian quarter tryout for the women's team of the 2024 Korean Volleyball Federation (KOVO). Zhang Yu, a tall middle blocker of 1 m 97, has played for BAIC Motor in the Chinese league since 2013 and has been named the league's best middle blocker once. He is also a player with abundant experience, including winning the AVC Asian Championship as a member of the U23 Chinese national team in 2015.
Jang said, `When I arrived in Korea, I realized that it is just the beginning.' `I want to dedicate myself to the best of my team to perform well this season", he expressed his feelings.
