In the second round of the 79th Cheongryonggi National High School Baseball Championship and the weekend league King Wangjung match (co-hosted by the Chosun Ilbo, Sports Chosun, and the Korea Baseball Softball Association) held at Shinwol Baseball Stadium on the 7th, Jeon High School won a tough 9-3 victory after a three-hour and 43-minute battle with Chungam High School.
A real match was held between the two teams, Jeon High School's Jung Woo-ju and Chungam High School's Park Gun-woo. But there can't be two winners. One side has no choice but to laugh and the other has no choice but to cry.

In the bottom of the third inning, Chungam combined Kim Min-joon, Heo Yoon's hit, high school pitcher Lee Ho-min's wild pitch and walk to get a full base chance with no outs. The chance seemed to be eliminated by infield ground balls and strikeouts, but Chungam followed two runs as a wild pitch came out following a walk. Subsequently, when the bases were loaded with two outs with a walk, ace Jung Woo-joo was forced to take the mound. Jung Woo-joo, who has not fully warmed up, allowed a one-run chase with a walk, but did not give up the tie.
It was followed by a fiery pitching match between Jung Woo-joo and Park Gun-woo.

Jung Woo-joo caused a crisis on the first and second bases with no outs in the bottom of the eighth inning with a hit ball. However, he struck out consecutively and did not die as much as he could. Jeon High School made it 5-3 with Um Jun-hyun hitting an RBI double on the third base line with one out and runners on the first and second bases. And against the changed pitcher Lee Jin-joong, Lee Han-rim's two-run double, Sung Min-soo's hit, and second baseman's error poured in, producing five runs and a big inning in one inning. Kim Young-bin neatly blocked the ninth inning and finished the game.
After the game, former high school coach Joo Chang-hoon said, "(Jung) Woo-ju threw well, and (Lee) Ho-min also did well. He lacked a sense of practice, but he was able to win because he scored using his opponent's mistake early in the game. The two pitchers won because they did their part. I'm so proud."
