'Bombao'Kim Beom-seok went down to the second division. He immediately played as a catcher in a Futures League game.

Kim Bum-suk started the Futures League game against the Goyang Heroes in Goyang on the 3rd as a catcher. Ham Chang-gun, who played as a pinch hitter in the top of the ninth inning against the Kiwoom Heroes the previous day, also went down to the second division and played in the Futures League game with Kim Bum-seok.

Kim Bum-suk came to the first division in mid-April and was energized by a fierce hit, but his playing time has been reduced since mid-May and he went down to the second division on June 6 to gain experience as a catcher. However, he returned to the first team 10 days later on the 16th. However, he only had a batting average of 273 (6 hits in 22 at-bats) and three RBIs in nine games. His destructive power was reduced and he played less time. Moon Sung-joo recently started five consecutive games as he was out due to injury, but he failed to make an impact with a batting average of .25 (3 hits in 12 at-bats) and an RBI.

Ham Chang-gun came to the first team on the 21st and played in seven games, recording no hits in nine at-bats.

Kim Bum-suk started as the fourth catcher in the Futures League game and recorded two hits and one RBI in five at-bats. In the bottom of the sixth inning, he changed his defensive position to the first baseman and continued to play. Kim Bum-seok, who stepped down with a fly to center field in the top of the first inning, scored an RBI with a left-handed hit in the top of the third inning with two outs and runners on the first and second bases. He came out as a leadoff hitter in the top of the fifth inning and was caught by a fly to center field, and in the top of the sixth inning, the second-out and first-base man continued the chance with a double to the left-center, opening the team's mass scoring. Since then, Ham Chang-gun's hit, Kim Hyun-jong's double and Lee Joo-heon's home run have hit, and LG scored seven runs in the top of the sixth inning alone.

In the bottom of the sixth inning, Kim Bum-seok, who continued the game by moving his defensive position from catcher to first baseman, stepped down with a ground ball in front of the shortstop in the top of the eighth inning.

Ham Chang-gun played in the 5th-center field and recorded 1 hit and 2 RBIs in 4 at-bats.

LG put the two down and called up Song Chan-eui and Kim Sung-jin.

Song Chan-eui played three games in the first team this season and had no hits in three times at bat. Even in the Futures League, he is not very good with a batting average of 244 (42 hits in 172 times at bat). He hit five home runs and 31 RBIs.

Kim Sung-jin, who has been in the first division twice as a special entry, entered the game against KT Wiz on June 23 and had no hits in one at-bats. In the Futures League, he has a batting average of 235 (44 hits in 187 at-bats) with nine home runs and 40 RBIs in 51 games. It ranks first in home runs in the Northern League and second in overall after Samsung's Lee Chang-yong (10).

On the same day, LG's starting lineup consisted of Hong Chang-ki (right wing), Shin Min-jae (second baseman), Kim Hyun-soo (left wing), Austin (first baseman), Park Dong-won (captor), Moon Bo-kyung (third baseman), Kim Sung-jin (designated hitter), Koo Bon-hyuk (striker), and Park Hae-min (middle fielder). Kim Sung-jin, who joined in the second round of 7 in 2019, will make his first start since his debut.
