Southgate's rave reviews "Bellingham is an incredible great boy"

England beat Slovakia 2-1 in the round of 16 of Euro 2024 in Gelsenkirchen, Germany, on the afternoon of the 30th (local time). Bellingham equalised with a dramatic overhead kick in second-half stoppage time when they were losing 0-1. The goal allowed England to go into extra time and eventually win

After the game, Southgate said of Bellingham: "I'm only 21 years old, but I can't believe it. The club and the national team have already made a great impact" he complimented. Ivan Toney, who was substituted to help Kane score the final goal, also said of Bellingham's equalizer that `I saw his shot hit right and I saw it go into the net.' It was really great."
